Hello ! I booked 2 tickets from Suvarnabhumi airport to jomtien beach ! My flight landed at 17:30, and i booked for 19:00 in order to have time to take my luggage and get in time at the counter ! I arrived there ar abt 18:05 , i showed the guy from the counter the ticket received by email and he printed some small tickets for us ! But he also told us that the 19:00 bus îs already full and we shall get in the 19:30 bus ( how he knew that the 19:00 bus îs full, despite the fact that at the time we were at the counter IT was abt 18:10 and IT was not so crowded i don't understand ! Also this this tickets i booked 1 day before...! Ok now we waited for 19:30 bus and when we wanted to bord ...the driver told us that pur tickets are for 19:00 not for 19:30 ! We went back to the counter...and he changed the tickets for 20:00 , because he said again 19:30 bus îs full ! We go again at the bus station , waiting there now for 20:00 bus, but finally seems that 19:30 bus was not full and they put us in this bus ! I Did Not understand anything , neither did my girl friend who is thai nationality and could speak their language ! So for me...IT was a bad experience with this bus Company , and i will never book again ! Thanks

The only problem is when you get at the soap called bus stop and the motorbike mafia want you to grab onto a truck for 500 bot and they have a sign saying Grab or Bolt. They make it seem like you can’t catch a taxi so I walked 50 yards in ordered a grab and they charge me ฿100 so they had seven guys they charged between three and ฿500 where I paid 100 because they lied to everyone… Ripping off the tourist is not nice and Thailand should take note that we’re not entirely stupid
