Passenger reviews out of total 686 passengers traveled with us on this route

At 12Go our operators offer three types of service:

Cheap, Fast, Good - but you can usually pick only two of them!
Cheap & Fast won’t be Good. (e.g. buses from/to Khao San Road, local buses or 3rd class trains)
Cheap & Good won’t be Fast. (e.g. VIP trains in Thailand)
Fast & Good won’t be Cheap. (e.g. private limousine services, or VIP24 buses vs Express buses)

Make your choice! Please remember that though we are closely monitoring services, we are still an agency marketplace - meaning we focus on ticketing service and route availability / coverage rather than on factual seat recline angle you got today ^_^

★★★★★ Mar 24, 2017 (van Regional, Burapha) :
Easy to find the bus stop, desk was efficient and minibus left on time. Good driver - excellent service
★★★☆☆ Mar 22, 2017 (van Regional, Burapha)
★★★☆☆ Mar 17, 2017 (bus Express, Suvarnabhumi Burapha) :
Booked through 12GoAsia online as I wanted to make sure we had a seat on the early morning bus the day after our night arrival Suvarnabhumi, Bangkok. I needn't have paid the agents fee, there were plenty of spare seats and the bus left nearly an hour late. A reasonable service from the bus company although nobody makes it clear that your ticket includes large bus (not VIP standard) to Trat, the ferry across to Koh Chang and an onward van to your accommodation as long as you're staying between White Sands and Bailin. Further south you may be topping up payment with the local taxi mafia. Standard of vehicles and driving is OK and what you expect for the price. The transfers between vehicles is chaotic but works well enough if you follow the herd and keep your wits about you. In other words, know where you are going and staying, get your I.D. destination stickers displayed on your chest, hold on to your tickets!
★★★★★ Feb 26, 2017 (bus Express, Suvarnabhumi Burapha) :
Организованно на хорошем уровне, комфортный автотранспорт.

★★☆☆☆ Feb 7, 2017 (bus Express, Suvarnabhumi Burapha) :

★★★★★ Jan 26, 2017 (bus Express, Suvarnabhumi Burapha) :
Everything perfect
★★☆☆☆ Jan 21, 2017 (van Regional, Burapha) :
We had to pay 300B extra in the minivan on Koh Chang, apparently the online ticket only goes to the bus station. Others had cheaper tickets bought at the desk all the way to lonely beach.
