Reaching destiny, the driver left some of the passengers in their hotel Doors, and others (including us) were brought to a Office were a bossy kid made us get off the bus and asked for 150 bath for a 2 minutes taxi drive to a place near our hotel, but the taxi was the same bus, so he make us hop on again. We are very angry with this abusive practice, and we blame the agency and his parents. Avoid the agency and the kid.

Driver could not understand, nor able to read English which is not a problem, but when I showed her my booking with my name on it, she pointed me to taxi drivers to go to Khao Sok even though she was standing there with my name on the paper and I indicated that it was my name on the paper, yet she still could not understand and so I was overalled confused that maybe I had a different driver. The person in charge had to come and let me know that that woman was my driver and he seemed annoyed as if it was obvious that she was my driver, but with the language barrier, it was not. She was apologetic though, and I arrived safely.
