Nice big seats, but not the cleanest or tidiest bus, shabby! Delayed at start. Arrived about 2 hours late. Poor communication from drivers. Bus changed part way through journey. Wear a coat, air con was freezing.

Soooooooo bad . 30 before the bus was supposed to leave got a call saying it was going to leave from another place 40 minutes away and that they wouldchange the tom from 9:35 to 10. So I went there and it was an hour late. Then you can't eat or even drink water on the bus which is crazy for a 10 hour bus ride. And final they dropped me off at Sungai Nibong Bus Terminal which is 40 mins out of Georgetown which my original ticket was for and said I needed to wait half a hour for a van to pick us up i waited for over an hour and no one came so I had to get the local bus to George Town. Overall terrible company would not recommend.
