People were sleeping in the hallway of the bus after yelling through the whole bus at 3 AM during 20 Minutes. The driver was way too fast, making it impossible to sleep and making us arrive 1 hour earlier, the speed implying lack of comfort was not necessary at all.

It was as it was advertised. Bus from Sapa to Hanoi airport was good. If you’re taller than 5’9 you won’t be able to lay flat but I made it work and still slept. Got me to the destination an hour and a half early

The bus was the usual VIP bus, however, the location wasn’t where the bus station was so we had to do a 3 minute walk. I’m not too sure why the location and bus pick up didnt match. The bus did have a few stop offs to pick up some stock which further delayed us. When we got to Hanoi Airport we had to wait for another transfer to take us to the airport, as we was going to miss our flight we had to book a grab instead

Driver picked us up from the hotel and dropped us at the agreed drop off. In my opinion, he had good and safe driving style in the mountains. But on the straight highway, still safe, somehow he couldn’t keep his arms still, so the vehicle waa going left and right within driving lane all the time, which made me car sick.
