All together it was flawless. No delays. Tuan as an operator was always responsive, gave all info needed automatically. Kien drove us their. He was polite and super professional. Really wished I spoke Vietnamese as he seems like a really nice guy! We got REALLY bad weather going up to Sa Pa. Road became flooded like a river. Trees falling, stones and chairs rolling down…pretty bad. He kept calm, knew when to wait and when to go, always using google translator to communicate with us and keep us relaxed. His past experience as truck driver really showed. Would love to work with Tuan and Kien again! 100% worth the money.

More than 1 hour delay. Bus stops for many time for unloading goods or others. The best was that they stop for car wash on the way. Nearly nobody can speak a little bit English

VTS was a fantastic, seemless experience. When you book a car from the other side of the world you can sometimes wonder if the car will turn up. As soon as we landed in Vietnam there was a message confirming our booking and letting us know where to go to meet the.driver. we were given a bottle of water - much appreciated. Comfy drive, my only feedback is the driving is alot different to that of home...but that's Asia. Thank you so much for looking after us.

Everything went perfectly. I texted the person at Ouros to confirm our landing and the driver was at the airport arrival door with my name on a card. We promptly left and reached Sapa even earlier than we thougt. The car was clean and in perfect condition, and the driver was cleary not a beginner driver and was also very nice and smiling. I am sooo glad we did not take the bus... Totally worth it to get a private car!!!
