The bus departed on time but picked up multiple people on the way on random stops. This lead to a delay of over 1.5 hours - we booked the connection as it was supposed to be the fastest which definitely was not true. In addition we did not stop for a toilet break for 5 hours. I cannot recommend that operator.

Very hard communications. First bus booked out then earlier bus then later bus thought all sorted then day before more communication from company that was in contradiction that resulted in us being there far earlier than bus left. Once on bus my seat was broken I advised depot staff he said advise the driver, the driver not willing to engage at all. . Had previously taken different trip with this company and that was great so I guess you cannot be lucky all the time

People were sleeping in the hallway of the bus after yelling through the whole bus at 3 AM during 20 Minutes. The driver was way too fast, making it impossible to sleep and making us arrive 1 hour earlier, the speed implying lack of comfort was not necessary at all.
