The driver stopped for us, so we got off to use the washroom as it is a long journey. I return to the bus only to discover there is someone in my bed, so I quickly check the bus number and it is not mine. My bus has gone, and there is no other bus. I am currently wearing someone else’s slippers, I didn’t bring my phone as I was just using the washroom, and I have only some cash on me, as we had to pay to use the washroom. I tried to ask the shop vendors for help but they couldn’t understand me. I saw two other buses arrive from the same company and they were very unprofessional. When I asked them for help, they smirked at me and shook their head and laughed. They understood because one worker laughed at me and said my bus driver will come back and not to worry. However, I am a female solo traveller, in a foreign country, who doesn’t speak the language, I don’t have my phone on me to use for translation, and ALL of my belongings were on the bus that had left. I tried asking the other bus workers for help, there were 3 of them. They actually started laughing in my face, and the lady just sucked on her gum ignored me and helped someone else. She would just push past me as if I was an inconvenience. None of them even looked me in the face at all, as if I didn’t exist. It felt very deliberately racist. I was scared, alone, with no phone, somebody else’s slippers, I had no idea my location, I don’t speak the language, I don’t have ID, and the people wearing the uniform of SaoViet, instead of helping laughed at me. It was disgusting service.

Excellent bus cabin. arrived at the airport with in the time stated. The coach did leave an hour late. Picked up by mini bus and taken to ticket office. Very well organised. Made 2 stops for 20 minutes.

Comfortable bus (with clean on board toilet) we left on time and even arrived ahead of schedule. We took the option to the Airport and a quick transferbus (short ride) was already waiting for us when the big bus arrived. There were even announcements in English about the rest break and arrival at the airport. Recieved a whatsapp in advance as a reminder so I could directly verify the location of the bus station. Best bus experience in Vietnam so far compared to other sleeper busses.

The bus was nice and they had wake up service for our stop. The toilet at the stop had a fee and we got dropped some km from the airport which brings down the score.
