Terrible. Honestly the transportation from Sapa to Hanoi Airport was incredibly noisy. The cabin we got was the one at the end of the bus. Less space. And so bumpy. I could sleep only like 1h in total.

The pickup in Hanoi was on time. The van was excellent: comfortable, lots of space and chair with massage function. Only negative point: the driver told me half way to SaPa that our homestay was too far from the city that he couldn’t drop us off there. What a bummer arriving around 8pm with a 4-year old child! He arranged a taxi which was totally overpriced…
