Driver was very friendly and on time. He drove very carefully. Altought he seemed partially tired. Communication with the company also very good, especially due to difficult weather and road conditions in Sapa. Unfortunately, we lost almost one hour at toll booth as there seemed to be a problem with the paying as far as we understood.

In addition, they provided free hotel drop service for a 3km radius from hotel go to office . They drop the car off near Noi Bai airport and then there is a shuttle bus to the airport. Thank you was wonderful.

Great ride. We booked for a different time but was told in advance it wouldn’t be possible because the bus was cancelled. But the bus picked us up on time and arrived to our destination early. The ride was pretty smooth despite being in the back top bunk. We were able to sleep fine.

Bed and pillow are not comfortable. Blanket does not looks fresh. I had been ask to come to a location and when we reach there he took as to Bus ( in Sa Pa) which is about 100m to cross the road and with kids and luggage i think it is a bed experience.

I was supposed to be dropped off at he domestic terminal. We arrived in Hanoi old quarter and they said it’s the end. I showed my ticked but they kept saying no no no When I called to hotline the lady arrange they take me at 7. They drop me at the wrong terminal. Very annoying and time consuming
