The driver was very erratic and unsafe. Driving on the wrong side of the road head on to other vehicles. I had to fix my own seatbelt which was wrapped around the seat several times. Dont use this bus.

When I arrived in Hanoi to change to the next bus, there was nobody there to tell me where to go next. I had to call the company and somebody came and organised the next part of the trip. I think they had just forgotten me. In the end I arrived with 2 hours delay.
