All of the employees were very kind and sweet. They also worked very hard carrying our luggage to and from the boat. Unfortunately, there was a very long delay. All of the other companies left several times before we did. We were sitting in there, waiting to leave for hours. Finally an agent came, and unfortunately, we were angry - The poor agent received all of our anger. She said they were working on the engine. This did get not give me confidence. I felt scared. The boat finally arrived for us and it was small and quite old/rundown. It was an uncomfortable experience.

We board at 13h30 to finally get off the harbour at 13h45 and to arrive at 14h40. So the time is not accurate at all. Beside that, the boat is comfy.

There was no aircon on the boat and one of the motors stopped half way, so it took an hour to get to nusa lembongan instead of 30 minutes. We arrived early at check in and they did everything to get us on one boat earlier, so that was excellent!

The last waiting room was chaotic. You should get a loud speaker system or an electronic sign to announce which boat is boarding next. It was very stressful trying to hear when our boat was called.

The seats on the boat are too small. The transfer to the small boat for beach transfer was over full. Half the group had to stand up which I'm sure shouldn't be legal. The beach landing was very dangerous, everyone of our group had an injury, my friend broke his toe.
