New and clean boat. But communication could be improved. We chose this operator because travel time was shorter compared with others and it didn’t say anything about stopping in penida and gili T and air. In the end we had to get off at penida and transfer by car to another port and go with a different boat. And we arrived much later than expected. Also no safety instructions were given. Other operators inform about lifewests, exits and travel time etc.

The ride took much longer than anticipated, plus there was a mechanical breakdown which Stopped us for 20 minutes in the water. I got to my destination an hour later than planned.

12go gives you the wrong location in Sanur, you have be in the new harbor. The voucher can be exchanged at the gray building about 300 meter on the right if you stand looking to the harbor building. The ticket stated that it was a 4 hour journey. But It will take way longer, it wil stop at nusa (change boots and a1,5 hour wait) and all the gilli island before arriving in Lombok. The boots have no airport, and little fresh air is coming in though the windows. If you want to sit on the top deck you need to buy a drink.
