Driver had zero communication skills. Made small detours to pick up and drop off friends. Dropped us of at a random spot told us to get out. He loaded a new group and drove away with zero information for the passengers.

One of the best transfer experiences in Vietnam. Very good service, I confused the day of my trip and they were super fast to fix it. The van is very comfortable and the driver drives ok, nothing like other services where they drove in a very dangerous way. Would recommend 100%

Was ok, but we got 2.5 km away from official drop off point (outside tam coc) then driver pulled over to call us a taxi to take us the rest of the way. They refused to drive the last 5 minutes until I said I would walk the rest(which was a 40 min walk). They did eventually take us the full way tho, but it was strange and annoying since it was late.

the driver was smoking in the car, a guy (local) did watch videos loudly - nobody said something. the car was old. wouldn’t go again with this company.

This is really, really bad service. First, the pick-up service and the main bus were late. Then, in the middle of the night, we suddenly had to change buses, with no explanation. After that, there was no room for us on the new bus! They go around and tjeks every bed, when they realize it, to men gets kicked out of bed and we were given their used beds. This is the worst experience we’ve had totally unprofessional. Would really not recommend

A driver who was smoking as he picked us up and put our luggage away picked us up in a car then stopped 5 minutes later on the side of a busy road and told us to wait for our shuttle. There was no mention of having to take 2 cars ahead of time. When we got in the car, the seats were ripped leather with holes in them. They were supposed to have power and massage function but they were all broken. The driver kept stopping to let random people in that waved him down, to the point that someone was sitting on a plastic stool because all the seats were taken. We stopped for a break with no communication about the break, the car just stopped. The driver then smoked and got in the car, smelling like cigarette. He drove extremely recklessly, extremely. At the end, he made us get out almost a mile before our hotel because of traffic that he didn’t want to sit in.
