We booked two VIP tickets which weren’t cheap. They tried to put two of us in the same bed which was not big enough and seemed confused when we said we wanted one each. They then moved us to another bus which was not VIP although we did have our own bed. There were no toilet stops. The bus did have a toilet but it was absolutely grim and full. We got to Da Lat two hours early which was annoying as it was very early and difficult to get a grab into the town. The bus driver was crazy fast, throwing us about the cabin then randomly stopping which seems like a common pattern in Vietnam.

Communicational support was very good and the organization of the seats too. It was bumpy in the back but that’s more road problem I guess. The toilet was missing and the stops were rare.

Bus was fine but the driver was very rude and honked his horn and spoke loudly throughout the night. We also set off 1 hour late and weren't dropped off at the drop off point.

The bus was average, we have been on more comfortable ones in Vietnam. There was a toilet, but maybe not the cleanest. The cabin was also quite uncomfortable to lie down in. The worst thing was the driver driving like a mad man up the mountain roads.....we didn't sleep at all as we were doing from side to side. The ticket had an estimated arrival of 09:45 in Da Lat, so I asked the homestay for check-in at 10 am......since the driver was driving like a crazy person, we arrived at 07:25. Not great when the weather is bad, you haven't slept, and you have all you luggage on you.

Comfortable bed but the driver needs to understand it’s a sleeper bus he’s driving and weaving in and out of lanes, blasting his horn every 3 seconds at 4am isn’t necessary.

It was great that we were mentioned before the schedule by WhatsApp and gave us information about the trip. The car departs on time, does not delay my schedule. On the road, there is a stop to think about going to the toilet and a little snack. Safe driving, not fasting quickly. A real travel service I can experience in the future

The bus ride was fantastic! The driver was very professional and safe, the bus was clean and comfortable. I was particularly impressed with the friendly service attitude of the bus staff and the friendly receptionists who made me feel comfortable and at ease. They were always ready to assist and answer passengers' questions. Along the way they stopped for us about 3 times for food and toilet breaks. Overall, it was a great experience and I would not hesitate to use this service again in the future!
