Not much comfortable.

Bus left earlier than expected, however we didn’t arrive earlier but almost 1h later as planned. Furthermore it wasn’t mentioned that we had to change the car and that the arrival location has been changed totally. All these incidents disrupted our following plans.

Everything worked out fine, although one night before the pick up location and time was changed (we were picked up one hour earlier). This worked out for us, but if we had booked a trip or something that morning in advance, the changed time could have been a problem. Communication about the changed pick up point and time was over WhatsApp and very easy.

Was a bizarre. More people who n the bus then number of seats, people were sleeping on the floor. However i had a place to seat, it was smaller than the usual but not too bad. We arrived to the destination almost 2 hours after we were supposed.

Mr Tu our driver was great. He was on time and made us feel welcome. He made sure we were comfortable for our trip to Hue. He asked if we would like some music to listen too. Which was very pleasant. When we ask if he stop for a bathroom break, that was also no problem. He got us to our hotel on time. I would use this company anytime.

The driver was very unfriendly. We were dropped off just outside Hue and told we had to change to another vehicle. The driver then wanted to take us to the bus station first, which we hadn't booked. After a discussion, he finally drove us to the train station. Both drivers were very unfriendly.

So I got singled out of the line (I was one of the earlier arrivals, no designated seats) since I was alone, and then this guy put me in the worst seat available, the non airconditioned very small one at the end of the alley, while lying in-between other people. The bus was still almost empty at that point. I took another seat instead, but within 5 minutes he send me back to the crappy seat. I was beyond anger. Remind you, I was one of the earliest, seats were non reserved and I got singled out. 15 minutes later he switched me with someone (apparently a friend of my neighbor, would never switch myself), if that didn't happen I would give them 1 star instead

When I made the booking there wasn’t a proper description of the bus. We had a 36 seater- I think, which was very differently to the 20 seater we had had the day before

Not vey comfortable, bus was old and quite cramped, iwas given a seat at towards the back which was over the engine so noisy, didn’t adjust or recline with no storage or anywhere sto place a phone or drink. 20 mins out of hue the bus stopped at a petrol station, we noticed our bags had been unloaded, turned out we had to change to a mini bus for the last part of the trip, if we hadn’t noticed our bags we would have missed our stop.
