Phuket-Surat Unnecessary stops take at least 1-1:30 13:00-18:45 (late 15 min) I do not know how much you should pay to finally have a normal transfer that takes you from A to B without any stops on the way. 4hr drive becomes 5.5hr. It seems none of them do. Driver and car was fine, no questions.

Aircon struggled and didn’t really work. Bus driver didn’t take any shorter routes despite google maps showing heavy delays in some areas. Did get there safely about 1 hour later than expected

Bus was supposed to arrive at 6 30 and we got in at after 8. Bus was old and not very comfortable. Not enough seats for everyone. I had asked for a pick up near the north of the Island but was told that was not possible. Bus then went onto stop at multiple stops to let people on.
