I had an awful experience! I was bitten by a bed bug during my bus ride. Moreover, the bus driver didn’t go to the designated bus stop, but instead dropped me off about 15 km (!) from it!

The driver was okay, but he didn’t get us to the destination until after 10:30am. When I booked, it said we would arrive at 09:30am. Because of the hour delay, we almost missed our boat transfer. The captain had to wait for us.
