I’m not really sure why but we had to circle Phuket airport for a couple of hours. Not the airline’s fault but the flight was also delayed due to a number of passengers on a delayed connecting flight so we were also on the tarmac for almost 2 hours, so a 1.5 hour flight was actually was almost 6 hours on the plane. The crew & plane were completely fine for a budget airline and I commend them for staying calm with lots of grumpy flyers but the whole thing was a shambles.
