The operator of the Pattaya to Hua Hin ferry service has announced the addition of two new routes. The boss of the Thai National Marine Department says the routes will commence next month and run between Sattahip and Hua Hin and Sattahip and the island of Koh Chang.
Pattaya council officials have outlined proposals which will see the operations of beach umbrella vendors subjected to a whole new set of regulations. The most significant from the vendors’ point of view is that they will be required to remove deckchairs and umbrellas from the city beach on Tuesday evenings and not put them back until Friday.
