Martina MThis was sold as a ‘vip’ experience and we picked it because it was more expensive than other similar options, yet there was absolutely nothing vip about it. The coach smelled horribly of feaces and urine, the beds were so small you could barely fit in them, let alone sleep since the driver was driving like a maniac. No wifi on board. We arrived at destination 2 hours in advance in the middle of the night, which made it harder for us to check into our accommodation as we had communicated a different arrival time to our hosts. The staff on board was rude and unhelpful. There’s way better companies that run these kind of services, never again with this one!

Caroline WIt was fine but photos showed it was flat beds, it wasn’t they were the awkward semi reclined. Also was almost 2 hrs early which meant arrived 2.30 am not ideal! Driver was helpful though and there were toilet stops.

Cora MThis was one of the worst night bus experiences I’ve had in Vietnam and South East Asia as a whole. We only had one toilet stop for a 7.5 hour journey. The bus was absolutely freezing, and the air vent in my bunk was broken, so I was very cold and ended up unwell. The blanket given to me was absolutely filthy. The light in my bunk was broken. There was no usb-c or plug charger sockets. The drivers kept making random stops for up to 45 minutes at a time, which made the bus run late. It wasn’t clear what these stops were for or whether we were meant to be getting off. The bunks were absolutely tiny in comparison with other companies I’ve used. I personally wouldn’t book with this company again.

Cons: The only issue was the washroom inside the bus was full of pee and since the bus was moving all along it was never flushed. So every one kept peeing on others pee

Christian HBoth driver's weren't willing to talk, very rude to people. They even left without us and then came back 30 min later after the company called us. We were waiting there but the guys didn't let us know if we were on the bus or not. They said it's a different bus but that was not true. Many other customers were running around the different buses to find the right on.

Romain SVery bad experience overall. Clearly the worst one we have had in Vietnam, from the 10 busses we have already taken here.
1. It was chaos at the bus stop in Phong Nha, many busses were delayed so everyone was confused about which bus to take. Whenever a bus was coming, it was very hard to know if it was ours or not. Most drivers from that company were very rude (not ours though), not wanting to help at all. There was obviously zero communication and the bus ended up coming 1 hour and half late.
2. We booked a "vip bus", meaning we payed extra to get a better bus. The bus was pretty standard though, nothing better than what we used to have on previous trips with other companies for the standard price, so we felt a bit scammed.
3. The bus was honestly close to be disgusting (and I'm really not picky with this kind of things). A lot of trash left on the beds, crumbs, etc. There was even a wet t-shirt...
4. It was still chaos when we were boarding. It seemed like they had overbooked the bus, so some people didn't have a bed. 2 of them ended up sleeping in the corridor (on a 6 hours drive)...
In the end I'm giving 2 stars and not 1, because our driver was somewhat nice, and we ended up making it on time in Ninh Binh. But honestly I would recommend to avoid that company if you can, that will spare you some stressful moments.

René JI was at the agreed pick-up point, but the bus had already left. A woman on a scooter picked me up, and I had to carry my large suitcase on my lap on the scooter. We then drove back to my hotel because the bus was waiting nearby. If I had known this earlier, I wouldn't have had to spend 30,000 on a taxi.
The ventilation in the bus smelled of smoke because people were smoking in the front of the driver's cab. The ventilation also smelled like a smelly toilet.
We also arrived an hour late.
Another thing I didn't like was that there was only one break. That's not enough for a 6-7 hour bus ride.
