We got notified via WhatsApp, that we left one hour earlier as planned, so prepare to be early at the pickup. The drivers drove quite fast and honked every few seconds, what can be a bit frightening for western standards but we got used to it. The AC was freezing cold, even if you wear a sweatshirt you where shivering!! Afterwards our bags smelled like fish and where a bit moist, so do yourself a favor and use a cover or plastic bag if possible. Also the bus itself hat some waves of a weird smell but it was mostly ok. The drivers where friendly and funny. Also a toilet in the bus was available. The company was QUANG DŨNG BUS not Interbus.

The bus should arrive at 6 am,but it arrived at 4.45. We waited good half an hour then they then offered us free ride to the hostel. The bus was very well equiped.

Good driver, had a good and relaxing trip. Every driver must be like this one! Thanks! The only thing, in this bus my bed could not go up. And there was a delay because of engine problems, we left 2 hours late, but we arrived at the same time. So very good end.

The bus was 40 minutes late. We were told that there is a free shuttle service from the bus, which then turns out there was none (not clear why). The seats in the cabins are not fully flat, thus a bit uncomfortable to sleep.

The bus was very comfortable, the best we’ve had since traveling around Vietnam. The staff were friendly. The driver also didn’t continuously use his horn which meant a more pleasurable drive and we all managed to get quite a lot of sleep which was much needed.

If on the top, there is more space, seat lays flat. If on the bottom, it's not as high and the very back on does not lay flat as it is over the wheels which I assume is the same for the ones at the front wheels. Where is no price difference and no way of choosing these. It was an hour later than scheduled (not too bad). I do like 12go so this is more a reflection of the bus that the app

No bottle of wáter. No hand tissue. We departed half a hour later. I am used to take Night buses in Vietnam but this couch moved so much and badly that make sleeping very dificult.
