The bus is clean, comfortable and has lots of amenities! WC on board, lights on demand, and a massage chair/bed. The staff are really nice and helpful, and communication is smooth and straightforward. Bonus points for the free shuttle! Can't recommend enough!

Bus arrived to pick up late but still dropped us off 1.5hrs early. The driving was super erratic, felt very unsafe and made for an uncomfortable night with hardly any sleep. Charger points didnt work, and no water or snacks provided

Vehicle was good, only stopped once for the toilet after 2 hours. Coach doesn’t drop you off at the right location. Stops at Tam Coc boat station. Set off 30mins late, even though the bus was parked up around the corner
