Worst experience ever, bus smelt like fish when we got on - we realise why, about 30 minutes into the journey we turn up to a port to fill the bottom of the coach with frozen fish. Disgusting for the rest of the journey, supposed to 6 hours, ended up being 8.

broken seat rest, no water, broken usb c port, no wifi (at least no info in the both) arrived 2h to early - which should usually be no problem but if you plan to check in into your hotel at 6 and you get kicked out at 4 from the sleeping bus it kinda sucks, chaos at boarding.

We were more fast than scheduled and got information a day in advance that the bus would leave 30 minutes later than planned. We are always getting a bottle of water but not this time. And there was no information about when the bus would stop between Phong Nha and Tam Coc. But de VIP bus was comfortable
