We were told at the last minute that our bus was cancelled and we had to take an earlier bus that arrived in the middle of the night, which meant that we had to get a hotel for that night. Also, the bus itself was very uncomfortable. The sleeping seats were very hard

Camel travel forced us onto the bus earlier than we had booked for (forced onto bus at around 22:00 and booked for 23:30). We specifically booked this bus so that we would have enough to sleep and would not end up in ninh binh at a crazy early time in the morning with nowhere open and no where to stay. Nethertheless the lady who called trying to clearly fill the the bus to the maximum insisted that this was our bus although it was here 1.5 hours before it’s planned departure and the men who was lot helpful at all confirmed the bus would arrive in ninh binh at 6am as planned (a blatant lie to get us on the bus to get it filled so they could move on). We did in fact arrive in ninh binh at the wrong location and also at 4am with barely any sleep and was created by extortionate taxi charges to get to our hotel. Although we got to Ninh Binh we specifically booked the later bus to allow us less stress in the morning and more time to sleep. I suggest that you do not arrive any earlier Al than asked as we was under the impression that this was in fact our bus and if we refused we may have been stranded. Awful service and would not recommend.

Only a bit a delayed departure and arrived a little bit earlier than planed at destination. But the bus was nice and we could sleep a bit- what meand much on vietnams streets.

Only took around 5.5 hours, only half an hour late but only us two on the bus. No toilet stops but meant we got there early

The sleeping cabins were big and quite comfy, but not too clean but a little dusty and sorry - could have been worse still, just went over everything with a disinfection wipe and was good. The ride was completely fine, but only one stop after aprox. 1 1/2 hours for 15minutes on a ride of 7 hours. Toilet on the Bus was working and not as bad as I thought it would be - seen worse on that topic, too. All in all it was a fine experience.

Bus arrived more than 1 hour in late and there were no Seat assigned, so when we came up there is people sleeping on the bed then after gave us…pieces of fruit on the bed…
