- Driver playing on his phone while driving fast on the main road. - Vehicle attendant aggressively relocated us after we got settled in. He later took a nap in our previous beds. He also used our new bunks as storage and phone charging spots with no communication whatsoever. - The attendant threw our backpacks out of the bus at the end.

The bus stopped 25km before Hue at 12:05 for a 30min lunch break when the arrival to Hue was supposed to be already at 11:25. Up until to that point they already stopped shortly for the crew to get lunch and also for a 15min break at midpoint for rest and toilet at a reststop. A lot of the passengers including us stepped off at the last lunchbreak and continued the way to Hue with Grab.

The bus was 80 minutes late. We didn't get any informations. The stop to have a break was absolutely aweful, disgusting place. There are surely better options. I couldn't book my cabine and of course we arrived 2 hours late.... Not happy, I had much better expériences than this.

Our driver was actually early to pick us up. The car was roomy, cool, and comfortable. We asked if we could add a stop at the Vinh Moc Tunnels. The driver and manager pleasantly agreed for a small additional fee. The driver waited for us and then safely delivered us to our destination.

The bus was really comfortable and the team had been in touch the night before to let us know it would be leaving earlier. Service from the girl in the booking office wasn’t very good and overall communication was a bit of an issue as we stopped for what seemed to be mechanical repairs and I wasn’t sure if I could get off the bus or not and they got a bit impatient with me. Language barrier both sides :) Although we stopped for about 30 mins that time had been factored in and we still arrived at the destination at the time scheduled). I’d definitely use them again.

Amazing service. Ride was smooth, super fast, and comfortable. The staff was super attentive before the ride over WhatsApp. Got contacted the day prior, was able to arrange for pickup from my hotel in a later time slot. The four hour ride from phong nha to hue was terrific, and I can’t wait to do similar rides with the same company again!

The 11:15 bus was delayed/cancelled. Had to take the 1 pm bus to Hue. This was a problem since I had a tour in the evening in Hue and I arrived late.
