They picked us up on time, but we ended up arriving an hour and a half late because the Vietnamese were still enjoying their meal. The layover only had a French toilet, and it was filthy. The staff wasn't very friendly either. The seats are long enough (even for tall people), but very narrow.

The support at TP booking Office was pretty bad. Barely nobody was able to speak English. The bus was late but very clean and very comfortable.

We did the Phong Nha - Hue, the bus was not very clean. They did 2 stops for toilets, it took us 7h of drive. We arrived one hour late. Not the best but it works.

It was a very good service. The only downside is that the bus wanted to pick us up 15' earlier (and on that occasion our timing was tight) and no water was provided on the bus. Otherwise a great service!

We booked tickets to Hue railway station, but ended up being dropped off by a gasstation by the highway and told we would be transferred to a minibus. Turned out to be a taxi who demanded extra pay after dropping us off at our destination.
