Staff in the bus is rude, they yelled at us the entier trip, they parked us at the end of the bus we couldn’t choose our seats while they were no designated seat number. if you can avoid it, do it.

Bus was good and the people were friendly and helpful, however the bus was 40 minutes early!! Luckily we were just hanging out at our hostel (the pickup location) because we got a call saying the bus is here where are you?! We rushed over and once I was on double checked the times on the email – definitely 40 minutes earlier than the departure time (and the email said to get there only 15 minutes early). I think maybe they combined us with another bus because another girl said it was the right time for her? They also moved us to a minivan at the end which we weren’t expecting but ended up being good because they dropped us off at our accomodation which we didn’t know they would do. Took longer than advertised but got there in the end :) just be prepared the bus may be earlier than it says 🤣

The bus was over 2 hours “delayed” and during the drive the drivers were talking and yelling really loud. Besides that they were smoking behind the weel and driving like crazy. stopping every 20 minutes and we arrived in total 3 hours later than planned.

They didn't pick us up at the pickup place. I was there half an hour before and waited more than two hours. The hotline told me the driver didn't see us on the spot. I told her the hostel could even confirm we were there. They contacted another company to pick us up on the way. So they solved it but caused us stress and a big delay.

Came about 20min delayed - but driver and staff in a very good mood. Busses as uncomfortable as usual, driving style as well. Arrived at a gas station close to Hue where we had to exit, another Van drove us then to the main station.
