Driver checked regularly where we were going as there were several stops. Communication was good because this bus went earlier than planned and I got a message to say that. Quieter time of year so less people, all on one bus, more economical. Was given water too.

The bus was 80 minutes late. We didn't get any informations. The stop to have a break was absolutely aweful, disgusting place. There are surely better options. I couldn't book my cabine and of course we arrived 2 hours late.... Not happy, I had much better expériences than this.

Our driver was actually early to pick us up. The car was roomy, cool, and comfortable. We asked if we could add a stop at the Vinh Moc Tunnels. The driver and manager pleasantly agreed for a small additional fee. The driver waited for us and then safely delivered us to our destination.

The bus was really comfortable and the team had been in touch the night before to let us know it would be leaving earlier. Service from the girl in the booking office wasn’t very good and overall communication was a bit of an issue as we stopped for what seemed to be mechanical repairs and I wasn’t sure if I could get off the bus or not and they got a bit impatient with me. Language barrier both sides :) Although we stopped for about 30 mins that time had been factored in and we still arrived at the destination at the time scheduled). I’d definitely use them again.
