I waited at the original boarding place as advised in your email until 14:50, only to be told by staff that the location had been changed. When I reached the new address on 14:55, there were no buses left, I nearly missed my trip and had to ask my taxi driver to help arrange pick-up. Second, we were not dropped off at the designated destination. Instead, we were transferred to another vehicle halfway. I am extremely dissatisfied and expect a proper explanation and solution.

The customer service was poor. The girl on reception in Phong Nga was surly. The young man on the bus was rude and incompetent.He upset several passengers, with his chaotic approach to allocating seats. We have been travelling for over a month and have seen nothing like it before. The driver however did a good job, was safe and on time. We do not recommend travelling with Hoang Minh Limousine.

Driver checked regularly where we were going as there were several stops. Communication was good because this bus went earlier than planned and I got a message to say that. Quieter time of year so less people, all on one bus, more economical. Was given water too.

The bus was 80 minutes late. We didn't get any informations. The stop to have a break was absolutely aweful, disgusting place. There are surely better options. I couldn't book my cabine and of course we arrived 2 hours late.... Not happy, I had much better expériences than this.
