I bought the trip with the info that there was wifi aboard. There was no Wifi. We arent sure but it felt like the bus made more stops to let people off than scheduled.

Overall, a good experience. Punctual. In Penang, you have to arrive at the station early, as you have to pay some fees and go through a small checkpoint. It makes a stop at the beginning of the walk, but in a rather dirty place for food and the restrooms. It arrives on time in Kuala Besut, and there are several companies that offer to buy ferry tickets to the Perhentian Islands with them, and they even take you by taxi to the pier if you book with them. The bus is quite comfortable although they don't provide blankets or anything else and it's cold.

It was a chill bus ride. However, the amenities didn’t work, the toilet was closed, it was dirty and the massage chair was just a bit of vibration. So, a regular bus ride and nothing fancy.
