Buses are old and noisy. No charging available for mobile as stated in booking. Bus seating plan is different to actual bus!
Bus Express, Mayang Sari, Aug 9, 2023
One more delayed ! Bus started with 1:30 of delay without information on the screen. Luckily I asked the hostess about the departure time when she answered me the bus was about to leave !!!! The vehicle had changed, I didn’t have my solo place anymore …
Bus Express, Mayang Sari, Jul 25, 2023

Bus Express, Mayang Sari, Jul 4, 2023
The service was cancelled. I had to rebook. I was issued a refund at the station, but the new trip costed slightly more.
Bus Express, Mayang Sari, Jun 22, 2023
Excellent! Only thing was that we planned the trip on the 3 hours that were shown on 12go, only for it to be 1,5 hours. If we would have known we could have planned better
Bus Express, KKKL Express, Jun 11, 2023
The bus was not the one advertised, it was supposed to be a VIP coach with only 3 seats across, but this bus was an old bus with 4 seats which meant the seat reservations were not enforced. The coach driver only stopped for a comfort break after requested more than 3 hours in to the journey, then tried to drive off before 4 people had returned
