Matthew SIt started poorly as the bus station in Pakse was disorganised and the bus a few minutes late despite the ticket saying be there 20 minutes early. The bus stopped 3 times in the first 10 minutes once for petrol, twice to pick people up. But after this was a really good trip. Drinks offered a couple of times, lunch was nice. All really reorganised and help provided at border for those who needed. A 9 hour journey seemed to fly by. Comfy seats and plenty of leg room

Nanna CPositive: Comfortable seats and space, good space for luggage. Snack, one meal, water, tea and coffee included. Several toiletstops before the border. Negative: The wifi did not work until we reached Cambodia, and we arrived 2,5 hours later than what the time says because of the border. In our two seats there were only one working seat buckle. No toiletbreaks after the bordercrossing.

Ruby WComfy bus, gives you breakfast and lunch, has a few stops. However it does not take 7 hours as stated on 12Go, it takes about 11.

Nico AHelpful staff. Not too many stops. Easy process. We received emails from AVT to check where we wanted to be picked up and they were very responsive.
