Emaly BBooked this bus even though it was slightly pricier because it had more amenities listed, including entertainment and wifi on the bus. There was no entertainment or wifi which is standard for the region, but disappointing that it was promised and not delivered upon, nonetheless. The bus we got on was unfortunately quite run down with tight seats that barely reclined and did not have great leg room. The bathroom sorta stunk up the back area anytime it was used. The staff were very kind though and helpful at immigration. Lunch was included and free beverages as well. This was an average experience with a long-haul bus in SE Asia for a premium price. Had I known the experience would compare to lower budget options, I would have saved the money and booked something else.

Stefan Very chaotic, you will get to your destination but most probably not in time. I went from pakse to siem reap and had to switch busses three times, had to wait one hour between bus 2 and 3. The busses where fine. Regular SEA vans.

Federico RThe best bus experience we had in Asia. The bus is very comfortable, with massage chairs, screens with movies, they served us a little breakfast snack, tea, water, lunch and coffee. Air conditioner had perfect temperature. The host is very friendly and speaks decent english. At the border to cross from Laos to Cambodia everything was smooth and easy, make sure you bring 32 USD per visa on arrival plus 5 extra if you lost your exit receipt given at entry in Laos. There were 2 drivers, the first was very good but after a few hours they swapped and the other guy was unattentive to the road, on his phone sending messages. Overall it was a great experience!

Matthew SIt started poorly as the bus station in Pakse was disorganised and the bus a few minutes late despite the ticket saying be there 20 minutes early. The bus stopped 3 times in the first 10 minutes once for petrol, twice to pick people up. But after this was a really good trip. Drinks offered a couple of times, lunch was nice. All really reorganised and help provided at border for those who needed. A 9 hour journey seemed to fly by. Comfy seats and plenty of leg room

Nanna CPositive: Comfortable seats and space, good space for luggage. Snack, one meal, water, tea and coffee included. Several toiletstops before the border. Negative: The wifi did not work until we reached Cambodia, and we arrived 2,5 hours later than what the time says because of the border. In our two seats there were only one working seat buckle. No toiletbreaks after the bordercrossing.
