During the trip, some passengers went up to the upper deck, so we wanted to do the same. However, we were told that we had to pay extra to access it. The worst part was that the local men were allowed to go upstairs for free, while we, as female tourists, were told that we had to buy something if we wanted to stay there. They wanted to charge us 100,000 Indonesian Rupiah for the drinks, which is completely unreasonable. In the end, we paid just so they would leave us alone, but we didn’t even drink the beverages and left them behind. This felt like a tourist scam. The locals didn’t have to pay anything, while we, as tourists, were pressured into spending money just to access the same area. Being treated differently based on the fact that we were tourists was unfair and extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this service to anyone who expects fair, honest, and respectful treatment.

Fine, efficient, see was choppy but nothing they could do. Boarding was fast, boat was sturdy, check-in was easy. Everyone given life vests before departure. Pdf was slow in arriving so we had to wait for it to arrive before we could check-in.
