Was raining heavy, check in at Dcamel was painful, slow and no place to wait out of rain. 50 people standing in poring rain for 1.5 hrs , boat had no aircon but skipper did a great job considering the conditions

They put our luggage on top of the boat. During the journey, the seawater soaked all our luggage, rendering our clothes unwearable. The staff didn't inform us beforehand. If you choose to take this type of boat, you need to put a plastic bag or something similar over your luggage. Friendly reminder.

The staff was very friendly much unlike the journey from Padang Bai to Gill-T. We were welcomed by the staff while boarding and care was taken. Departure time was punctual. The captain made the journey very comfortable and not a race to the other side - thanks 🤗
