Eleanor WWe were charged an extra 160,000 VND, and told we would not be picked up if we didn’t pay. The journey was overbooked and people were crammed in sharing seats. The bus arrived an hour later than scheduled.

Alberto DTerrible experience. They were 1 hour late and we almost lost our cruise. We call them multiple time and always the same response :”the driver will arrive in 10 minutes”. After begging, they sent a new driver. Not recommended.

Riccardo TThe pick up was very late, around 45 minutes late and we have never been informed until we reached out to the support number. We were also not informed in advance that we would be picked up by a separate car and then transferred to the main bus. The process was not clearly explained. The only information we received was from the first driver, who told us to “stay in the car, the van will pick you up soon” while parking on a very dark street. Then the real transfer worked fine and we arrived to our destination almost on time.

Lou RPerfect pick up and almost on time arrival. They took me to a wrong dock, but I'm sure that if I had checked, they'd bring me at the right place.

Jana The first bus was fine, but then shortly before our arrival we had to change bus and from there on it just went downhill. the driver drove past our stop even though we communicated to the driver on the first bus where we were staying. One would assume that the drivers would communicate about that. He then proceeded to try and somewhat kick us out somewhere which we refused, we proceeded to tell him our designated location and he said okay. After that we drove to the harbour where all of the cruise ships start. Where again he wanted to kick us off the bus, we told him that this is not where we are staying and it is so much further away from our hotel then when we originally changed buses. He barely even looked at us and just said stop here, stop here. We told him no and even translated it into Vietnamese so we could communicate but he wouldn’t even look at the message. After he took our bags out of the van we didn’t really have another choice than to get an extra taxi to our hotel. Pleasant experience until we had to change buses. Lack of communication and patience.

Su SThe van came on time and the van is as comfortable as expected. It arrived at the destination basically on time. The bad things are, the driver kept talking on the phone loudly, which was quite annoying, and he drove a little crazy.
