Theresa COur driver showed up at 6:30 am instead of 8:00 am with a very small car. The reception told him we would be ready for 7:45 am but needed a bigger car. He did get a larger car for 4 people with luggage. He was a good driver. Other than trying to rush us it was good.

Bianca The bis ride was ok. Not very clear if we had the right bus, but that turned out ok. The bus driver was supposed to drop is off at the hotel, but instead we were dropped of somewhere and we had to walk up the mountain with our bags.

Arrate DThe departure was 20 minutes ahead of schedule but they advice It with enough time. Then we spent 30 minutes waiting to 3 people in the middle of a Road... The arrival in Cat Ba was 30 minutes late. Not bad. The bus was average.

Jeferson FGood communication and flexibility when dealing with them. They pick us up in the homestay with a very good car and took us to their office in Ninh Binh where the bus took us to Cat Ba. The bus was not very modern but ok for the price. The driver was easy going and kind. He stopped once in the way for around 15min for toilet and snacks. They dropped us in front of the accommodation in Cat Ba which was a good surprise. They also gave us lots of small bottles of water. I would say it's a simple transfer but they are committed in delivering a good service. I would recommend.
