It was terrible. Instead of a 24-cabin VIP sleeper bus, we were dispatched by a crappy 41-seat one. The operator was only saying “I don’t know”. And no response about the refund so far.

Soooo, as we arrived at the Hahn store (half an hour earlier as requested) we needed to wait a quarter hour for the bus to arrive. The bus driver was really funny and friendly. This bus brought us to the sleeping bus whose driver was the worst. I was confused by his handsigns and vietnamnese language (he didn‘t speak englisch and i didn‘t vietnamnese) for so long that he shout at me to go on into the bus. The bus is way less comfortable as expected: The „cabins“ are litually as big as me (183 cm tall and normal width) so I was pretty lucky. If you are any taller that would be not really comfortable. The charging station wasn‘t working. The second bag needs to be really small to fit in the space in front of your feet ( there is an extra space for that) One break for peeing or shopping idk and idc i woke up for a second and decided not having to pee but to sleep. And every 20 minutes there is a big break so that you think there will be part od an accident. All in all… actually really uncomfortable situations we were in but it got the job done.

It wasn't as comfortable as some buses where you actually have room to sleep. I wouldn't recommend it for overweight people who would quickly feel cramped. What I particularly disliked was that I had planned to reserve three seats for my three-year-old daughter and the two of us. However, the company offers the child's seat free of charge without warning that they're removing a seat. So it was very difficult to sleep with a three-year-old in a space of approximately 170 cm by 50 cm. Furthermore, this system includes children up to the age of 11. I strongly advise against it for families! On the other hand, the driver(s) drove very well.

* We left Nah Trang at 10:45 PM (actually 10:40 PM - so be on time) and arrived in Ho Chi Minh City at 4 AM (not the scheduled 5:45 AM as written on the ticket) * Sleeping area is small, real small. If you're 180+, you'll have to bend your legs. * Bus was really cold. No blankets. Wear pants and a long shirt. * When we arrived I didn't have Grab taxi so I went across the street - there's a big taxi stand across the street. Ignore the taxi drivers charging 200 where the bus arrives.

Mr Hoang arrived early, so was waiting for us when we came out of our hotel. He drove safely and made a couple of stops for food and comfort breaks.
