Our travel experience from Mui Ne to Da Lat was unfortunately very unpleasant. When we entered the minibus, we immediately noticed empty bottles and trash left behind by previous passengers. The vehicle clearly had not been cleaned, which gave us a poor first impression and felt disrespectful toward customers. Throughout the entire journey, the driver was constantly honking and driving aggressively, making dangerous overtakes and not slowing down for potholes or sharp curves. We were literally bouncing in our seats and felt more like sacks of potatoes being transported rather than paying passengers. At one point, we seriously considered getting off the bus, but we were in the middle of nowhere with no alternative. Overall, this was a very stressful and uncomfortable experience, especially compared to other companies we’ve traveled with in Vietnam, where we felt safe and cared for. There seemed to be a clear lack of consideration for passenger comfort and safety.

Because our taxi didn’t come we almost missed the bus, but fortunately the bus drove past our hotel and stopped for us. We were so happy! The bus was super comfortable. Pho our driver was very nice and a good driver. When we stopped there was enough time to eat something. We would definitely book again.

Our driver was extremely helpful. Our son had lost his phone in a grab/taxi. Our driver helped getting hold of the taxi driver and managed to get the phone back. He spend an hour helping us and driving to another location to pick up the phone.

Great over all and on time. Seats are big and comfy. The road to Dalat is awful but that is the same on any bus! I didn’t have a seatbelt which was a bit worrying over the massive bumps on the road as I was out of the seat a fair bit. Also the massage chairs don’t work

Great driver- he navigated terrible mountain roads which in western countries would have been closed 😂 Sections of the road were totally blasted out dirt- he did a great job. Vehicle was spotless, and he stopped at a clean rest area. 10/10 🙏
