Great driver- he navigated terrible mountain roads which in western countries would have been closed 😂 Sections of the road were totally blasted out dirt- he did a great job. Vehicle was spotless, and he stopped at a clean rest area. 10/10 🙏

Bus: VIP 19 ++ Whatsapp communication with driver for pickup location ++ our driver very friendly ++ bus driver with good driving skills ++ vip bus (non sleeping) clean and comfortable ++ suspension of the bus very comfortable ++ very good pdf voucher with coordinates gor google maps gor pickup + had a stop on the top of the hill with a great view

Really great bus service. The bus was on time and even arranged a pick up location closer to my hotel. The bus itself was very comfortable and the driver Phu was excellent. I left my earphones on the bus I messaged Phu and he organised a driver to bring them to my next hotel! Thank you so much Phu.

Everything was great and a really sweet bus driver was very nice and sweet! The only thing that didn’t make it a 5 star was that the water bottle was refilled with unfiltered water. And we can’t really handle that water so had stomach ache afterwards because we thought it was normal bottled water 😅 unfortunately we saw it too late

All in all it was good. The bus Driver did his Job well. The only bad thing was that we didn‘t get on the Bus we booked. They texted us and said that the other bus would be full which makes no sense bc we where able to book it. We got an „upgrade“ but the upgrade was a cabin thats usually for 1 Person in the VIP Sleeperbus and we had to share that they don‘t charge us more which is stupid bc it was their fault in the first place. Anyways the ride was good it was just not a lot of space but manageble.
