Horrible Experience – Avoid if Possible
Our experience was terrible from start to finish. There are no signs anywhere in Krabi, and everything is incredibly confusing. Even by Thai standards, this was extremely disorganized.
The driver was unpleasant and aggressive during the ride. We had to sit among the luggage, which was uncomfortable and unsafe. About 15 minutes into the trip, the driver suddenly turned around – apparently, he had forgotten some passengers. However, when we arrived back, there was no space for them because the van was already filled with bags. In the end, he just left them there.
Because of a 30-minute delay, we missed our ferry and now have to go to a different pier. Originally, we were supposed to go to Na Thon Pier, but now we are heading to Lipa Noi Pier.
This entire experience felt chaotic and frustrating. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Booked a van + ferry because it‘s usually the most comfortable and easiest way. Not with this one tho. We got picked up by a van and drove 20 minutes, than we had to get on a bus and wait for half an hour, than we had to get on the ferry and on Koh Samui get on another van. All in all we had to switch vehicles with our luggage way more often than we thought and it wasn‘t as smooth as expected.

bad experience, the driver does not stop to go to the toilet but stops so that he can get something to eat for him! unacceptable, it was not a 9-seater van but rather a coach with at least 16 people, with the clutter of suitcases in the corridor of the coach, no air conditioning!!!!
