The bus and ferry was good. Just that they wanted to come to their phantip office to collect tickets and then walk a kilometre to the pier to board ferry with bag.

The bus was on time but the seats were way too narrow. We had smaller bus and had to switch seats with the child because it was very uncomfortable for two adults to sit together. The worst part was the driver who kept talking non-stop and very loudly for the entire duration of the trip. He was also on the phone a few times. Total disrespect for he passengers. I would reconsider using another operator next time.

I was meant to arrive in Lipa Noi Koh Samui at approximately 2.30pm. It is no after 4.30pm and I am still not at my destination. At 1.30pm we still hadn’t even arrived at the ferry port. I understand delays may happen give or take 30mins or so. But this was just ridiculous after leaving at 9.30am for a 3 hour journey, we were waiting for ages at certain stops in Ao Nang waiting on people to board the bus who clearly were not at their pick up point on time, we then had to stop at the tour companies office because some people on board had excess luggage cases and the company needed to charge them an extra cost causing further delays. In turn, it caused major havoc to my travel plans, missing connections. This is not acceptable when you book specific times.

The ferry was scheduled at 5 AM and departed at 5:30AM . Not easy to climb the stairs with our luggage as you enter where the cars enter . The store in the boat was closed , no time to take a coffee before boarding the bus . The bus was comfortable.
