Marie I was meant to arrive in Lipa Noi Koh Samui at approximately 2.30pm. It is no after 4.30pm and I am still not at my destination. At 1.30pm we still hadn’t even arrived at the ferry port. I understand delays may happen give or take 30mins or so. But this was just ridiculous after leaving at 9.30am for a 3 hour journey, we were waiting for ages at certain stops in Ao Nang waiting on people to board the bus who clearly were not at their pick up point on time, we then had to stop at the tour companies office because some people on board had excess luggage cases and the company needed to charge them an extra cost causing further delays. In turn, it caused major havoc to my travel plans, missing connections. This is not acceptable when you book specific times.

Not easy to climb the stairs with our luggage as you enter where the cars enter .
The store in the boat was closed , no time to take a coffee before boarding the bus . The bus was comfortable.

Aristea KVery easily to book online via 12go. When I arrived at the Phantip office in Koh Samui the staff gave me clear instructions how to get to the pier. The ferry itself was a Seatran and the best one I’ve been on in Thailand. It was such a seamless journey, I was enjoying it so much was sad to get off. The bus was easy to locate and provided a very comfortable and efficient service. Would definitely recommend.

Mikuláš ŠThe transfer from Koh Samui to Surat Thani Airport went perfectly fine. We had both the ferry and bus tickets in the app. We even arrived at the airport earlier than planned. The bus is on the smaller side and doesn't have a restroom. However, there was a bathroom stop along the way (though probably because the driver needed to use it).

Just one thing: when customers arrive from the Surat Thani airport, it's important to point out that the bus stop is 2 km away (100 baht by taxi), as there is another stop at the airport, but it's not clearly marked! Also, you're entitled to lunch at a bus stop with the VIP24 ticket (from Koh Samui to Udon Thani). When you get on the bus, you need to ask for your lunch ticket or the be inform when they stop ! I didn't receive mine because I wasn't aware of this! The drivers were friendly, though, and we tried to find a solution.
