The experience with Future Travel and Service was overal poor. The ferry's journey normally is 1.5h but it took almost 2h. The ship was in very poor conditions, competely rusty, interior floors and seatings looked from the 50' in bed conditions (no the vintage kind), it was also veryhot as there issn't a propery a/c system. When we arrived at the Donsak Pier to get the minivan it was choas. Lots of people trying to get on the right transport, nobody from Future Travel and Service available in sight to tell you which minivan to go to. After asking around we managed to get on an open track shuttle service to the other side of the pier (you cannot really walk there). Here again a bit of choas. First of all there was no minivan. To our surpise there were 2 doubledeck buses. First they sent us to wrong bus, and after 10min waiting under the sun and double checking again they realized it was the wrong bus. Unload the luggage again and go to another bus, which departed about 40min later as they were had to way other arrivals from the pier. Basically they decided to go for a 40 seat bus instead of arranging 4 different minivans. This delayed the whole trip arriving at Krabi's Bus Terminal around 18:00 instead fo 17:00. The bus at least was ok, except for the couple of times the bus engine failed and switched off while departing the pier. Dont really recommend the operator Future Travel and Service

You might not know what vehicle you are getting in straight away. Don’t panic. The drivers can be abit crazy. They will call out different destinations randomly, without any rhyme or reason. Just make sure you get in the right vehicle.

Once leaving the boat, I was forced into the back of a van with no full seat, made to sit on half my butt, while a luggage wheel was jammed into my leg. Fully cramped. Van should use the back seat for luggage storage only, not for paying customers

All in all less Information Prior the Trip (where to change, what to Look for) but nevertheless you could find your way easily. Initial pickup was a Bit Late (40 minutes later than in the Information), got a Bit nervous during this time because we had no Information from the driver/Operator itself except of the booking confirmation.
