Robbie Bbooked this as we thought it would be a seamless way of moving from Koh Samui to krabi.
Once alighting the ferry, we headed to the meeting point where we waited around 30 mins, no sign of a driver. We had to ask a gentleman if we could use his phone to contact the company, to which they told him they would be 5 minutes.
From here we were put on a mini van headed for Surat Thani, and we were told to go there then change to a different mini van for Ao Nang. This was already not part of the description of what we booked but we went ahead.
Once in Surat Thani, we were dropped at a bus stop where there was not a mini van for us to get on, we then had to ask to use a phone again and were told we had to walk a further 10 minutes to find the station, once arrived here we were told it was another hours wait for the next minivan, meaning we would be leaving Surat Thani the same time as we should have arrived in Ao Nang.
We ended up arriving at our hotel around 4pm, we understand it was specified that there can be delays and arrival times can be flexible, however this was not due to delays, but rather poor organisation and being left to fend for ourselves.
We booked a transfer through 12goasia as we have not been to Asia before and thought it would be the simple route however in hindsight we would have been better just going solo, would not recommend!

Gordon Extremely well organised, very smooth trip, could do with more staff on counter, access to WIFI would be helpful for those whose phones are not in roaming mode as this delayed process with showing documentation.

Marta MFerry departed a bit late, but we made up time and arrived maybe 10 min late. Between ferry and bus, there was enough time to buy water, use toilet and smoke a cigarette. Staff was guiding us well to correct buses. Double decker bus was clean and very comfy.

Phoebepeaches SThis provider goes from two piers. We went to the wrong pier. The providers weren’t very helpful with the advise. We missed our ferry from the actual rest

Karen The driver decided to want to charge us 600 baht for our cases which we had no choice in paying The van was uncomfortable with no legroom , my wife is 61 and has bad hip, even so the driver put us in the front row of seats with little foot space let alone legroom
Big fuss made by the company that there was massive traffic jams to our hotel due to the festival and wanted to drop off at a supermarket some 1 hour walk away. Which wasn’t acceptable to me, in the end after some pressure they took us to the hotel. NO traffic jams.
IMO driver was rather rude

Sofiia PI am disappointed with the Koh Samui – Krabi transfer (ferry + bus).
We arrived almost at 18:00, while according to the schedule the arrival time was 14:00. A delay of nearly four hours is unacceptable.
Overall, the trip was poorly organized and stressful. I hope the company improves its service and time management.

Janie RSmooth process from start to finish. I was worried after reading the reviews but we picked our tickets up at the Samui Phantip office where they were very organised. Ferry was smooth and on time. Easy to locate the Krabi bus, it took a while to leave but nothing to complain about. Journey was fine, driver did not speed, and drove responsibly in heavy rain. We had backpacks and did not have to pay any extra to put them in the hold. The guy measured people's suitcases and large ones were charged 100 baht.

Yvonne DThe ferry was one our late
Which is not the fault of the company and the driver waits for us
It was a chaos to find the right minivan at the pier
No organisation
Because there where no city names on the minivans
We habe to ask several times
Two of the guests took the wrong mini van and we have to return to change the guests
The mini van was too full and the driver drove in a very dangerous way
We were afraid
He didn’t leave space to the front cars on the highway and has difficulties to stop in time
For tall people it is difficult to find space for the legs

Heidi BThe ferry was nice, not so much info when we arrived. We booked for a van but got put in a bus, had to wait a long time so then we decided to take a taxi instead
