Bad experience because the driver was not professional at all. Wasted time at the start, asking passengers for a commission to drop them off at their hotel. Spent more time on his cell phone making calls and sending text messages. Two stops, at least one of which was unnecessary, after only 15 minutes of driving to refuel the vehicle? Finally arrived 1 hour and 15 minutes late!! A really unpleasant driver, the complete opposite of our experience on the outward journey (a professional driver who, above all, sticks to his schedule).

Our ticket was from Koh Samui to Krabi bus terminal. Ferry + bus connection, While the ferry and bus services were good but after getting down from ferry, we had to wait for almost 30 mins for bus. However, we reached on time at Krabi bus terminal

Suppose to be - pick up at hotel by shared taxivan, then a ferry, then van to Krabi from DonSak. It was taxivan, a ferry, and finally an uncomfortable, worn out, and smelly old bus (without seatbelts on all seats) from DonSak to Krabi. It was s very nice picture of a shiny new white van in the Phantip ad for the ride though…However, the organisation of the full journey with tickets and stickers was good and well co-ordinated.

I wasn't sure what to expect given that we chose the cheapest option of many--some quite a lot more expensive--but we were picked up from our hotel on time, connecting to the ferry then the the bus was easy, and we arrived on time. Everything was sufficiently comfortable. If a friend were to want to take this route at some point in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend that they use this service.
