In the van I had a seat in the back and they put all the baggages in such a way that I couldn t sit down because the sit was deformed. So for the whole trip (which is a long one), I had to sit very unconfortably and my back hurted...

We missed our ferry because the driver was picking up random people from the street and making parcel deliveries whilst we were in the van. Wouldn’t recommend. We arrived ant iur destination almost 4 hours longer than expected.

A bit confused on the eticket i received. It was issued by 12Go. However your 12Go Support told me I need a ticket from the operator in order to get on the ferry. But when I arrived the pier, the eticket issued by 12Go worked. So information not clear.
