Transfer worked very well, everything on time, well organized, smooth transfer. Ferry from Phi Phi to Krabi not quite as comfortable, but perfectly fine for the price. Bus ride from Krabi to Donsak Pier a bit bumpy as the roads are not very well developed.
Ferry from Donsak Pier to Koh Samui very comfortable. In summary a good pleasant trip.

Transfer hat sehr gut funktioniert, alles pünktlich, gut organisiert, reibungsloser Transfer. Fähre von Phi Phi nach Krabi nicht ganz so komfortabel, aber für den Preis völlig in Ordnung. Busfahrt von Krabi zum Donsak Pier etwas holprig, da die Straßen nicht ganz so gut ausgebaut sind.
Fähre vom Donsak Pier nach Koh Samui sehr komfortabel. Zusammengefasst eine gute angenehme Reise.

Very very small van, we stopped about five times and had to change cars. I had to put my backpack von my knees while driving, because the van was full of other packages. Also we stopped like 10 times to give away those packages, collect others and give them away like 30 min later. The only good thing was, that we arrived by time. I would never use this transportation again.

Good booking service from 12Go late the night before travelling in the morning from Phi Phi. Booked and paid extra for a van transfer (for speed) with Ramon and we actually got a coach transfer (without toilet) because of the full moon party descent to Koh Phangan. Almost missed our connecting ferry at Koh Samui to Koh Tao with Lompyman (within minutes) as a result of waiting at hour at Krabi for the bus to fill up! But good services when on board speedboat/ferry.
