Was supposed to be a hotel pick up, ferry, bus transfer and the ferry but was put on a bus right away for 4hrs and then ferry. Got stuffed into the back extra row of seats with all the luggage and kept hitting our heads off the roof. Staff was great though

The only bad experience was the support. I want to change my pick up address, unfortunately it’s not possible, and when I contact the support, only messages that i recive was some chatbot. Also the pick up time wasn’t explaind well

Globally everything good. First a van, then we changed to a bus where we had to pay 200 bahts because one suitcase was 3 cm to big for their rules, then we had a boat and finally we were divided between vans to transfer us to our hotel. Quite annoying to pay more for the suitcase when it doesn't make any difference for them, but it is written in the reservation.

Okay. The van was very crowded and we could barely move. It was also annoying that we went past many 7-Eleven stores but made a stop at a weird expensive mart with no 7-Eleven around. The driver probably got a commission for bringing us there. However, we arrived one hour earlier, which was nice. Ferry was very comfortable.
