Driver was great! We got on a bus initially due to a staff member at the minivan office desk (where we were waiting) incorrectly telling us it was our ride however the van driver managed to track us down in just a few minutes and pick us up at a bus stop along the way.

The journey itself was great and organisation was clear - bus was slightly late but that cannot be helped and did not impact us at all. However the location we were collected from, the woman working here was beyond rude. She had several rude encounters with other young travellers and her overall attitude and mood was not very nice. A smile and politeness is not difficult.

The driver was 30 minutes late picking us up, he was on his phone the whole time, and he was an absolutely awful driver. We were due to arrive at 20:30 at the airport, instead arrived at 21:45. Luckily we were staying over the night, but imagine if you had a flight!

This journey took 5 hours for absolutely no reason, we stopped so many times, changed van at a random hotel location… There were only 4 of us, I dread to think how long it’d take with a full bus. There was confusion with both pick up and drop off and the driver of the second van was drinking a brownish liquid from an unmarked 2L plastic bottle so I wasn’t sure what to make of that.
