Jake NShocking. Was booked for 7pm. They changed the time to 8pm. Then the bus showed up late. And arrived at my destination an hour later than what google maps showed. Then the bus drove past the drop off point and luckily i woke up and checked only 15mins later otherwise who knows where I would of ended up.

Gaurav MSeats torn, dirty used blankets, dirt behind the seat and 75 mins late in a 3.5 hr journey. Also chaos when bus started as they didn’t have enough seats for booked passengers, several people asked to wait for next bus

Kevin First, the bus arrived with a major delay. We were supposed to arrive at 20:15 but didn’t get there until around 22:00.
The bus was also very cramped. The aisles were extremely narrow and the sleeper seats were smaller than on other buses I’ve taken in Vietnam. I’m a relatively slim person and even for me it felt very tight.
The driver’s behavior was another problem. When we were getting off the bus, another passenger in front of me had already put his shoes on inside the bus. I did the same and put one shoe on while still inside. The driver suddenly started shouting and hit my foot several times with his hand while the shoe was still on, instead of calmly explaining the rule. He also didn’t speak any English, which made communication difficult.
Finally, it’s strange that this is advertised as a sleeper bus while the driver was constantly honking during the trip, making it hard to rest.
Overall, the journey was uncomfortable due to the delay, the cramped space, and the driver’s behavior.

Katharine GIt left and arrived very late. Both the "station" person and the listing gave very incorrect information about how many times the bus would stop for food/bathroom. They said three times, he only speed once at a place with "hole in the floor" type bathroom. The "sleeper" space was very comfortable, but I can't imagine being able to sleep with how loud the driver was talking (I was right behind him).

Ava BThey made my boyfriend move into a bed that was half the size so his knees were at his chest, the entire bus couldn’t charge phones, the toilet was labeled as occupied and locked for the majority of the bus so nobody could use it - worst of all there was loud music playing the entire time which pierced through my headphones so i couldn’t sleep. the rest stop was good and one of the staff on board was very kind.

Ian FMany people got emails saying the bus would be delayed and then when a bus arrived there were arguments and confusion with the workers about who could get on the bus and who couldn’t. It was a confusing and annoying experience
