Bus was way too late. They just put every group of every starting hour together. Poor communication. Chair was broken. Toilet was horrible. Because of leaving late we missed booked tours. Some people waited for 3 hours to leave, then we finally left… After 20 minutes already (!!) big break. No breaks after that.

It left and arrived very late. Both the "station" person and the listing gave very incorrect information about how many times the bus would stop for food/bathroom. They said three times, he only speed once at a place with "hole in the floor" type bathroom. The "sleeper" space was very comfortable, but I can't imagine being able to sleep with how loud the driver was talking (I was right behind him).

They made my boyfriend move into a bed that was half the size so his knees were at his chest, the entire bus couldn’t charge phones, the toilet was labeled as occupied and locked for the majority of the bus so nobody could use it - worst of all there was loud music playing the entire time which pierced through my headphones so i couldn’t sleep. the rest stop was good and one of the staff on board was very kind.
