We purchased the bus ticket as it said it would take 3 hours go get to our destination- it took 5. Otherwise, the journey was comfortable enough and the toilet clean.

The information shared the day before said 2-3 stops along the way for food and toilet breaks. We stopped once for 35 minutes an hour into the journey, and then didn’t stop again (another 2.5 hours). We were also an hour later arriving than had been communicated. None of the staff informed us of what was happening or offered toilet breaks along the way.

Picked us up 30 minutes before scheduled time so we got to leave early. The bus itself was relatively clean, no bugs or strange stains. Although it wasn’t cleaned prior to the last passengers getting off. The trip itself was pleasant, we got there a little earlier than expected. The staff was quite loud and the driver laid on the horn quite a bit but it’s all to be expected with any operator.
