Couldn’t have been easier. On time, spotlessly clean, comfy. Very helpful staff, very efficient setting up and packing up beds. Only one complaint, all the lights on all night made sleep difficult , had to sleep with blanket over my head, next time will remember eye mask!

The trip was excellent - however, finding the appropriate train station was a challenge. Some additional information on the website as to how to locate and board the train would be helpful to first-timers like myself. Otherwise, I would rate the trip 5/5.

Terminal was relatively easy to find, just had to ask a few people. A lady showed me my assigned seat, later she gave everyone water and a packet of cookies. I recommend to take something to eat, just in case. The bus stops once around 1pm and everyone can get off for approximately 20 minutes to buy food, I’m actually not too sure if the bus ticket could’ve been used as a coupon to order a meal (because I took the bus with another company days later and they informed me to keep the ticket to then buy food with it, while on this tour no one exactly told me that). Bus ride was smooth, ac worked fine, seats weren’t too uncomfortable, with a sleeping mask I managed to get a little bit of sleep. There was a toilet on board, small but enough. And the bus arrived on time in Chiang Mai. There were usb chargers on board, I didn’t use them but saw a woman trying to charge her phone and I think it didn’t really work.
