Everything was great, but would have been nice to know that there was a long transfer between busses. It wasn’t a problem, but as I was travelling with a small child, an itinerary would have been appreciated beforehand.

We went from Hua Hin clock tower to Ao Nang beach. The first bus was on time, driver handed out the tickets based on the e-ticket from email and we went to the next stop a sticked a stick with our destination on our chest. The bus was really comfortable, the seats could be lowered almost to a horizontal position. There were several stops during the ride. Every stop had toilet and most had a bufet or small grocery store. At around 5:45 they told us we need to get out also with our suitcases. The stop was in Surat Thani, noone was able to tell us when is the next bus coming. We were there about 1,5h. After that some minivans came and they divided us by our destination. Another 3h were covered by the minibus without much leg space. The driver dropped of other people at some really weird points, BE REALLY CAREFUL when buying the ticket where is the dropoff point. The driver told us if we gave him 100 baht he will drop us in front of our hotel. He really did and I think it was really worth it after seeing the people being dropped off at random places. After this I would consider rather buying the bus+van ticket since it was cheaper than ours (just bus which was a lie) and I think it was exactly the same.

The bus was nearly an hour late arriving in Hua Hin, plus I wasn’t advised that I would need to change buses. But arrived 1 hour ahead of the scheduled arrival time.

Arrived to Hua Hin about 30 minutes late. Check in and boadring was well organised but not through any official location or system like usual, instead ir was just everyone waiting around the clock tower and guessing which bus was correct. We got bundled off at about 7am and made to wait in some car park for 2 hours from transfers to Ao Nang with NO warning. We paid extrs for a no transfer journey. This is NOT a no transfer service. Only thing stopping this being one star was the first bus was the nicest and cleanest ive been on.

The bus was very dirty and old. Everything was broken and there was nothing luxurious about it at all. Have seen cockroaches walking on the floor. Bus was an hour late. From Hua hin in, lights went out so we could sleep. An hour and a half later the lights went back on for a 40 minute stop. Totally unnecessary in our opinion. Then a transfer in Surathani where things went disorganized and again had to wait on the sidewalk for 45 minutes.
