The transfer from bus to ferry included a 3 hour wait, which was not stated before we booked. This was not apparent before we were dropped of at the pier at 3:30 am, the ferry departed at around 7 am. The bus was very uncomfortable because of very little leg room.

This trip is very well organized. When we went to check-in in office, we've been assigned seats in bus. That's a big plus because you don't have to "fight" for a good place, and you if you are travellig as a couple or more, you can be sure that you will seat near to each other. Buses and cathamarans are quite old and seems that they are not cleaned very often, but it wasn't tragic. Generally we were very happy that we choosed this operator

the trip is a bus and a speedboat after. The bus ride was way longer than we expected and not that comfortable (very bumpy, 2 story high in the back and did not smell so great). The bus was an hour late and we still had to wait for almost 2 hours before boarding the ferry. We arrive late at the pier in koh tao. The ferry ride is nice, you can sit outside on top of the boat and enjoy the view (you can sit inside too).
