This trip is very well organized. When we went to check-in in office, we've been assigned seats in bus. That's a big plus because you don't have to "fight" for a good place, and you if you are travellig as a couple or more, you can be sure that you will seat near to each other. Buses and cathamarans are quite old and seems that they are not cleaned very often, but it wasn't tragic. Generally we were very happy that we choosed this operator

Totally ok trip. Will do it again next time I come to Thailand. The bus had air condition and it was nice to sit on top of the boat in the sunshine. I was unsure of where to meet because when i copy pasted into google maps it showed me a completely different place than showed on the map. I found out you just meet at the Lomprayah office. If you take a tuktuk or Grab just ask to take you to the Lomprayah Office.

The timing is odd. The bus arrives 3 hours prior to the ferry departure. The driver drive very fast too and so we were even a little early and his swervy fast driving meant more sleep disruption. It seemed counterintuitive to rush. I was sad they cancelled the morning route.

Boat was involved in an accident which resulted in another 3 hour bus ride to the next available ferry. Not the worst situation and out of the operators control but a long journey.

The ride on the bus was great, no complaint apart from the fact that I asked the lady at the office twice if we could be seated on the botted deck as my girlfriend got motion sickness sometimes, which she agreed on and we still got seated on the upper deck. They were a huge lack of organisation on the boat : very little help from the staff at the pier and on the boat to guide you, everybody rushing at the same time to get a seat, if you carrying a backpack you have to go all the way around to get inside the boat to drop it when there is a door right next to it at the front of the boat, people trying to embark and disembark at the same time when to boat is making a stop to one of the islands. It could have been way easier and pleasant with a bit more of common sense and communication from the staff.

The nightbus 11:30 takes 3 hours more than the daytrip. A lot of waiting in the middle of the night. Connections are fine
