Allen CThe company did a lot to get me to my flight on time despite canceling my scheduled trip. They just drove me to Da Nang and didn't tell me they were doing that, then I had to argue with the bus driver when we didn't understand each other, and I lost some of my luggage due to this distraction. They then put me on a scooter to drive me in the rain. I highly recommend a Grab over this.

Jacqueline WThis was our third time using transportation services with Mango Travel (booked via 12Go). Again, great service provided from booking through drop-off. Luu (office manager) is expeditious in confirming booking and providing driver information. Driver was was on time and helped with our luggage. We arrived safely at our hotel in Da Nang (from Hoi An). Driver kept his vehicle in good condition and very clean. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Simon HThe trip it self was ok. I had to carry my backpack on my lap because there was no time to put it in the trunk. The worst part was the waiting. There were many driver approaching you and trying to get you in their vehicle. This kinda stressed me out. The ride itself was good
