Vasileios KFrom the previous day we had agreed after I had informed them that I had a 20kg suitcase, a 7kg suitcase and a small hand luggage,, that the pick-up would be from my hotel,, and the delivery to the hotel I had told them in Da Nang.. and for this agreement I paid..
The first contact the next morning,, a (gentleman) came with a smaller car who was very hurried and pulled my backpack from the net as if it were a rag... then he had a temper because I was upset that he was pulling my things.. the next thing was the transfer to the larger Van, which could have been done from the beginning and not to take us in a smaller car to take us to the Van.. probably the inexperience of the young driver although the Van fit comfortably on the streets of Hoi An...
I can't say that he was running on the road, he was careful but his movements in changing lanes were infinite and he got involved in traffic for no reason..
we end up after he has dropped some customers at their hotels,, to drop me off on the road just 1.2 kilometers from my hotel,, while on Google Maps it still wanted a 3 minute drive..
he did the same to another passenger from China,, whom he didn't take either to where they had agreed...
he left us both somewhere we had no idea where we were as tourists,,and without knowing if I or the other customer have data on our mobile phone to find our hotels,,and call a taxi to pay again,,for something we had already paid for....
the excuse was that where my hotel was the Van couldn't fit,, 🤣 😂 🤣 and he didn't understand what we were saying to him because he didn't know English and then I understood why he didn't come to pick us up in the morning... If he doesn't know English, he shouldn't be working with tourists,, because if someone needs medical care what will he do!???? he will let them die!!? we are people and not sacks of potatoes.......after that the owner of the Van sent me a message to give me stupid excuses that his driver didn't understand what I was saying..but he do it to get good reviews,,but no....also to mention that my hotel was next to the dragon bridge on the huge road over the river....
Unacceptable as professionals, and all they cared about was finishing the job quickly to get on the next trip...
I know what I'm saying,, I've been working in tourism for 20 years and I'm a coach driver all over Europe and in the Alps in the winter..if I were the owner of the 12go platform I would throw them out of our cooperation..

Celina AThe bus was 30min late | the bus was smelly | the lights on the bus‘ ceiling were so bright and neon, that my partner and I had a headache after and during the ride.
It was also annoying, that the person infront of me clapped here sit to the fullest, so I had not really space behind here. It was also not allowed to take another seat as the one who the guide chose for us, what we didn‘t understand because the bus was half empty.
