I was not picked up at the pick up point. I waited there from 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm, so in total 3 hours. I should be picked up at 5:30 pm. The sleeper/bus was not there. I called the hotline of the operator/company several times and no one picked up the phone. I want a refund of the money, because the service i paid for was not provided and i had to buy another ticket (train) to get to my destination.

Company contacted me in morning of and advised that time has been changed to 1hr earlier than I had booked. Didn't give option to cancel, or stick with time or take later time. They presented this as " because of traffic" I need to arrive an hour earlier for my 50 min journey to airport. After messages back and forward - I had no choice but appear there an hour earlier. Another 3 people in same van said that they changed to earlier time as well.I don't think they had many bookings that day, so squished all in few times they had. I would not book again.

Le bus était super confortable, plusieurs arrêts assez fréquents J'ai oubliée mes airpods ainsi qu'une casquette Ralph Lauren dans le bus, quand j'ai demander à les récupérer au début pas de nouvelles pendant 1 journées entières pour ensuite me dire qu'il n'y avait rien dans le bus. Je voyage en bagpacke il est donc clair que si mes affaires n'étais pas dans mon sac, elles étaient dans le bus !

Drivers did'nt speak englisch. The PickUp Point was not clear, the car also not. The driver from the collecting vehicle intown unfriendly and aggressiv.
